About the Role RAWLE & HENDERSON LLP seeks a Paralegal with two to five years of insurance defense experience in our New York City office. The role supports attorneys by compiling evidence and supporting information; reviewing and responding to case developments; preparing legal documents for attorney’s approval and use; maintaining databases; and maintaining technical knowledge. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
What You'll Do
- Compile evidence and supporting information for cases.
- Review and respond to case developments.
- Prepare legal documents for attorney’s approval and use.
- Maintain databases and stay up to date on technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team effort and work closely with attorneys to resolve issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
- Two to five years of insurance defense experience.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate; minimum of two years insurance defense and WICAS experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- High attention to detail, dependability, and a desire to learn.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Location in New York City.
