Job Description
- Work directly with attorneys to manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through trial preparation.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, complaints, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence.
- Handle court filings, including electronic filing in Pennsylvania courts.
- Coordinate depositions, medical records, discovery deadlines, and case scheduling.
- Assist with preparing exhibits, trial materials, and other essential litigation documents.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties while keeping cases organized and moving forward.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience preparing pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting active litigation.
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania court procedures and electronic filing systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and deadline management skills.
- Experience with New Jersey litigation and e-filing is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a supportive legal team.

We offer $65,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience, plus health insurance contributions of up to $1,000 per month, a 401(k) with employer contributions after 90 days, and competitive paid time off.
