Job title: Paralegal II
About the Role A Paralegal II in our Boston office supports lawyers across litigation and other practice areas on dispute-related and time-sensitive matters. The role involves factual research, document analysis, cite checking and shepardizing, drafting transactional documents, and on-site support such as preparing exhibits and filings, all under the supervision of a practicing attorney.
What You'll Do
- Utilize the firm’s software and technology and organize, summarize, and analyze information to create a usable work product.
- Investigate factual issues using diverse resources (local libraries, web sources, client repositories, and outside sources).
- Maintain client, matter, or practice group libraries in hard copy and/or electronic formats.
- Prepare exhibits, binders, and filing materials (electronic and hard copy); assist with on-site filings.
- Provide team-oriented support and step in on urgent matters; coordinate storage of client information with Records.
- Maintain administrative standards including time entry submissions and attendance at administrative meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of two years’ relevant legal experience with a working understanding of legal terminology relevant to the practice group.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to be trained on practice-group technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail; ability to work with minimal guidance and produce accurate work.
- Ability to manage time independently, follow instructions, and anticipate needs; willingness to take initiative and handle problems.

- Academic expertise in the practice area of interest or related credentials.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $97,116 – $161,859 per year (USD).
