Join our welcoming, professional office in beautiful Delray Beach! This in-person opportunity offers close collaboration with attorneys, meaningful client interaction, and the chance to be an essential part of a dedicated legal team.

Note

Candidates must have hands-on civil litigation paralegal experience, including familiarity with pleadings, discovery, and court filing procedures. Personal injury litigation experience is highly valued but not required.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from initial case preparation through resolution and trial.
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and court personnel.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, witness preparation, and trial-related activities.
• Maintain case calendars, track court deadlines, and organize litigation files.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Keep cases moving forward through proactive communication and exceptional organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.

• Experience preparing legal documents, managing discovery, and coordinating court filings.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients.

• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
