About the Role Join Trivelta’s PAM platform team to manage and operate the all-in-one PAM solution that handles players, payments, promotions, compliance and reporting. You’ll enable live, end-to-end operations from a single dashboard with no engineering required. You’ll oversee sportsbook, casino, payments, CRM and risk from one back office, with built-in KYC, geo, fraud and withdrawal review per market. What You'll Do
- Approve withdrawals and detect suspicious activity
- Review pending payouts, flag anomalies and action accounts from a single risk queue
- Launch promotions and send notifications
- Verify players and manage access rules; review documents and approve KYC
- Configure bonuses, define eligibility, and schedule campaigns without switching tools
- Identify games and features driving LTV; analyze player behavior with real-time insights
- Manage player profiles, track activity, and support users with real-time monitoring and notes
- Manage multi-brand operations from one PAM; control access and auditability
- Integrations: Connect PAM with essential third-party services for Fraud Tools, KYC, Geolocation, Payments
- AI & Automation: Smarter segmentation & re-engagement; automated recommendations and dynamic segmentation What We're Looking For
- Interest and curiosity about an all-in-one PAM platform that unifies players, payments, promotions, compliance, and reporting
- Understanding of KYC, geo, fraud controls, and withdrawal reviews
- Ability to operate in a real-time dashboard-driven environment and manage promotions, loyalty programs, and CRM campaigns
- Comfort with multi-brand operations and strong attention to role-based access controls and auditability
- Familiarity with integrating PAM with CRM, fraud tools, KYC providers, geolocation, and payments ecosystems
- Data-driven mindset to analyze player behavior and optimize LTV
