About the Role As a PAM Consultant at Accenture, you will design and implement scalable Privileged Access Management solutions tailored to client environments, covering policies, processes, and tooling. You will lead the deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and strong governance. You will identify and mitigate risks related to privileged access and help maintain regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable PAM solutions covering policies, processes, and tooling
- Lead deployment and configuration of PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), ensuring integration with enterprise systems
- Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and define effective mitigation strategies
- Strengthen security posture by proactively managing vulnerabilities across privileged accounts
- Ensure PAM solutions align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
- Define, implement, and enforce PAM governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Strong experience in IT security with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic/Delinea)
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud PAM requirements
- Strong understanding of PAM principles, controls, and best practices
- Solid knowledge of IAM concepts, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or advanced qualification
- Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
