About the Role Lead Painter responsible for managing painting projects from start to finish while leading a crew to ensure safety, efficiency, on-time delivery, and high quality per company standards. What You'll Do
- Lead daily painting operations including: Project Leadership; lead and supervise painting crews; assign daily tasks; ensure projects stay on schedule; train and mentor crew members; maintain a productive work environment.
- Painting Duties: interior painting; exterior painting; cabinet painting; drywall repair; surface preparation; caulking; sanding; priming; spraying; brushing; rolling; staining; minor carpentry touch-ups.
- Customer Service: communicate professionally with homeowners and commercial clients; provide daily project updates; resolve issues. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years professional painting experience; 2+ years crew leadership preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; strong communication and drywall/finishing skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with Graco sprayers, airless sprayers, HVLP sprayers, pressure washers, sanders, grinders, power tools, extension ladders, step ladders, and company vehicles. Compensation & Benefits
