Essential Duties: As a Paint Line Helper, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process by helping:

Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.

Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.

Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.

Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards. Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift – Mon-Thur. 6:00am – 4:30pm. 2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs. 4:30pm - 3:00am and Weekend Shift Fri. – Sun. 6:00am – 4:30pm

15% shift differential for 2nd shift and 20% shift differential for weekend shift. What We’re Looking For:
