Painters are responsible for applying high-quality industrial coatings to various surfaces, ensuring durability, appearance, and compliance with company standards. This includes surface preparation, priming, and painting while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The role requires a strong focus on precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement to support production goals and deliver consistent product quality.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Training schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, then transition to the regular Friday–Sunday shift from 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with a 10-hour shift premium
Responsibilities
- Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Paint Application: Apply coatings using spray equipment, rollers or brushes while maintaining consistency and quality.
