Job title: Paint Operator
Activities Dedication to safety Correctly loan/unload parts according to paint schedule and work instructions Keep accurate data for defects, scrap, and repaints loaded Identify defects on parts and use handheld electrical tool to polish out minor defects Use proper process to eliminate defects Traceability and required paperwork Knowledge of rework and scrap procedures Maintain line speed by working at pace required May relieve fellow team members for their breaks Works according to HSE requirements
Missions To prepare part for painting and shipping to the SILS Center To respect the security and safety standards
Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED

Paint technical knowledge
-
Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions

Able to read and understand graphs and gages

Good capacity in spoken and written English
