About the Role CNH Industrial is seeking a Paint Line Operator to support and maintain the efficiency of the production assembly line, focusing on pre-paint prep, blasting, and line operations to help deliver quality products. What You'll Do
- Hand and unhang parts on the paint line; use scrapers, brushes, hand tools, and pressure sprayers; operate a hoist or overhead crane as needed.
- Follow work instructions, process sheets, photos, and supervisor direction.
- Prepare surfaces for paint (scuff sanding, minor defect repair, tacking, wiping) and blast products to prep for coating.
- Set up, adjust, and operate manual/automatic blast booths; adapt to new methods, processes, materials, and equipment.
- Move parts and attach/detach from conveyors; ensure correct part numbers, counts, and identification.
- Record data; perform computer entry; maintain accurate records.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety and quality procedures.
- Overtime may be required; occasional Saturday operations. What We're Looking For
- 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- HS Diploma/GED.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production environment; willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and equipment; commitment to safety and quality. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $24.85 per hour plus $2.50 shift differential.
