SpineSearch is partnering with a growing healthcare organization to recruit a PM&R Physician with interventional pain management experience. This is an opportunity to help build an expanding musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and pain management service line, with access to affiliated ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and collaboration with orthopedic and spine surgeons.
Position Highlights
- Base salary of $400,000 plus incentives based on a percentage of total collections
- Full medical coverage for the physician and family
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- Five weeks of PTO
- $5,000 annual allowance for CME, professional memberships, phone, and eligible travel expenses
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including back, neck, and joint pain
- Perform interventional pain procedures, including injections, epidurals, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans incorporating conservative care, medication management, and physical therapy
- Collaborate with orthopedic and spine surgeons to coordinate patient care and referrals
- Perform procedures at affiliated ASCs and develop referral relationships within the community
Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of an accredited PM&R residency

Board-certified or board-eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Interventional pain management training or demonstrated procedural expertise

Active, unrestricted New York medical license and DEA registration

Outpatient pain management experience preferred; qualified recent fellowship graduates will also be considered
