Description:
Healthcare United is seeking a Pain Management Physician for an established outpatient practice in coastal Florida.
This role is specifically focused on extremity-based pain care and medication management rather than major interventional spine procedures.
The physician will manage patients with shoulder, knee, joint, and musculoskeletal pain while performing appropriate office-based injections and overseeing medication-based treatment plans.
Major procedures such as spinal cord stimulation and complex cervical or lumbar spine interventions are not a primary responsibility.
Requirements

MD or DO
-
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Neurology, Anesthesiology, or related specialty

Active or eligible Florida medical license

Active DEA registration

Experience with shoulder, knee, and other joint/extremity injections

Strong medication-management capabilities

Strong outpatient patient-care skills
