As a paid social media strategist on the Social Digital team, you’ll help bring our integrated marketing campaigns to life across social platforms and digital properties. You’ll lead the development and execution of paid and organic social strategies and manage the creation of platform-relevant content and digital experiences that support campaign and business objectives. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, agency partners, and media teams to translate broader campaign strategies into effective paid social activations.

This is a remote position.

Minimum qualifications

• High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of nine years' with paid digital and social marketing to include marketing strategy
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, and a minimum of six years' experience with paid digital and social marketing, to include marketing strategy

Preferred skills

• Experience working for a major brand or at a large social, media, or creative agency.
• Strong demonstrated experience developing and executing paid social media strategies and campaigns for a Fortune 500 company or major brand; financial services experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to project manage social campaign development from briefing through launch, including coordinating feedback, approvals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience translating integrated marketing strategies into platform-relevant social content and digital experiences.
• Proven knowledge of paid social strategies and campaign development and experience developing landing page or digital experience strategies that support social campaign objectives.

Compensation

• 74,000 - 98,700/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
