About this role
About the Role The Paid Media Specialist will join Roche's Global Digital Hub within the Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest to support global paid media initiatives. You will partner with business stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Display, and build reporting that tracks KPIs and drives growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize global digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Display, working with digital marketing managers and social media leads worldwide, including media buying through our media agency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance; manage KPIs and budgets; deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience optimization; refine targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and pharma advertising space; leverage research and insights.
- Contribute to process optimization and knowledge sharing; establish governance; cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business or Marketing (BSc/MSc) with at least 3 years hands-on experience in paid media campaign management; experience across platforms focusing mainly on LinkedIn Ads; strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Display Advertising.
- Analytical and data-driven with strong technical skills; experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; ability to develop effective strategies, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communicator with C1 English; able to manage global stakeholders; collaborate with agencies and digital managers; engage with senior leaders.
- Consultancy mindset; proactively providing insights and recommendations; developing actionable plans; contributing to process improvements.
- Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment; detail-oriented and well-organized; passion for digital technologies; strong project management.
