About the Role Dentsu is seeking a Paid Media Platforms professional to implement and execute paid media campaigns (Search, Social, and/or Programmatic) aligned with the client strategy, with the objective of maintaining, developing and exceeding client goals. The role involves daily campaign setup and optimization, vendor coordination, performance reporting, and ensuring campaigns deliver on budget and objectives.
What You'll Do
- Implement and optimize paid media campaigns across Search, Social and Programmatic channels according to client strategy
- Manage day-to-day campaign setup, optimization, and loading of client campaigns
- Maintain relationships with vendors and third-party partners to develop knowledge and opportunities
- Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights to meet campaign objectives
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within budget and goals; propose and improve performance strategies using platform tools
- Configure campaigns with parameters, budgets, duration, targeting, and messaging
- Evaluate and optimize campaign development by measuring KPIs, diagnosing performance, and applying adjustments
- Report to internal clients with periodic updates and status reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative/marketing/communication/business/advertising/engineering/mathematics/statistics/systems or related fields; minimum 1 year of experience in related roles
- Strong skills in SEM, performance marketing, analytics, budget management, KPI measurement and delivery, Microsoft Excel, and attention to detail
- Desirable: intermediate English, Google Ads certifications, Meta Ads (Plus) certification, knowledge of the Advertmind tool
