The Position We are seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join our team in Colombia. This position focuses on lead generation through paid digital campaigns in the US Hispanic market. Salary: COP $8,117,000 Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid) Academic Background in: MarketingAdvertisingSocial Communication (with an emphasis in digital marketing or media)Business Administration (with a focus on marketing or commercial strategy)Digital Marketing EngineeringInternational Business (with experience in digital advertising and lead generation) Additional certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Academy, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus. What you'll do: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)Execute campaigns on TikTok Ads and other social platformsDefine and manage budgets to meet CPL, CPA, and ROAS goalsAnalyze KPIs, create reports, and generate insights for optimizationCollaborate with creative and marketing teams to design effective resourcesIdentify new audiences, trends, and growth opportunitiesWhat we're looking for:2+ years of digital agency experience managing paid media for lead generationExperience in Meta Ads and Google AdsWorking knowledge of TikTok AdsStrong skills Budget management and analysis skillsCreative, independent, and problem-solving skillsIntermediate English (preferred)Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads are a plus.
