Position Overview The PACT Mentor of the Professional Advising and Coaching Team (PACT) plays a vital role in supporting University Advisement initiatives aligned with the University's Strategic Plan. This role reinforces the advising mission and commitment to offer structured advising, actionable mentorship, proactive intervention, and a demonstrated standard of care to all Mercy students. This position combines academic advising, career exploration, and holistic student support to ensure every student feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to succeed and graduate on time.

- Provide comprehensive academic advisement to an assigned caseload of approximately 200 students
