About the Role The Packing Technician (Band BTA) at P&G's Dover Wipes Plant helps drive production by operating and maintaining packing equipment, ensuring product quality, and upholding a safe, efficient work environment. What You'll Do
- Operate packing machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
- Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $24.15 per hour; hourly compensation.
- Full-time position at the Dover Wipes Plant with benefits typical of P&G.
