Job title: Packaging Process Engineer Internship
About the Role Join P&G's Blois plant as a Packaging Process Engineer intern in the MPD (Material Process Development - Packaging) department. You will contribute to optimizing formulas, packaging, materials and processes, and actively participate in implementing new materials and formulas while helping to improve the efficiency of our production lines.
What You'll Do
- Proactively manage supplier complaints: Collaborate with partners to quickly resolve issues related to materials.
- Conduct in-depth investigations with operational teams and suppliers to identify and resolve material-related problems, ensuring quality and performance.
- Develop innovative strategies to identify and reduce chronic packaging losses within the plant.
- Assist in implementing new materials and formulas at the plant and support continuous improvement initiatives for line efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 engineering program (Master) in Process, Materials, Automation or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong command of English and French.
- Proactive, initiative-taking mindset with collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
