About the Role The Hershey Company is seeking a Packaging Manager for the Guadalajara, Mexico (El Salto Plant) area with a hybrid work arrangement. This role leads in-country packaging design, development, qualification, and implementation for Mexico and export production, and supports the BI SR Manager by managing staff and collaborating across disciplines to ensure packaging quality, compliance, and innovation. What You'll Do
- Define and execute training needs for graphics, packaging development and project management systems.
- Direct, manage, and supervise the organization to deliver all new packaging developments in Mexico and export markets.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed deadlines and meet overall business expectations and quality.
