What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize packaging solutions for products.
- Support packaging design, testing, and trial runs to ensure packaging integrity and alignment with brand requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in packaging performance, cost, and sustainability objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Motivation and interest in packaging engineering in the beauty/consumer goods space.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic plant environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Experience in packaging or cosmetics is a plus.
