About the Role Responsible for supporting production planning activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to the execution of production plans aligned with business objectives. Ideal for entry-level talent with strong analytical skills and interest in manufacturing operations. What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of production plans based on demand forecasts and customer requirements
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or delays
- Track production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or risks
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems related to planning and inventory
- Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Generate reports and KPIs related to production performance, inventory, and service levels
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (recent graduates or entry level candidates welcome)
- Basic understanding of supply chain, production planning, or manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
