About the Role Packaging Buyer/Procurement Manager at Finlays Solutions (as listed on HelloRache). This role is responsible for procuring packaging materials, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing packaging inventory to support beverage manufacturing operations. Reports to the Director of Procurement and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity. What You'll Do
- Procure packaging materials and manage supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts and terms with packaging suppliers
- Manage packaging inventory and coordinate with manufacturing operations
- Leverage ERP systems to track procurement data (D365 desirable) What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in supply chain/finance/business
- 5+ years packaging procurement experience in food & beverage CPG
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- ERP experience (D365 desirable)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in manufacturing environments Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially D365
