You will own day-to-day P2P operations, from dispute resolution to payment-method coverage.
What you'll do

Resolve trade disputes fairly and quickly

Manage payment-method coverage and merchant quality

Monitor market health and flag anomalies

Turn operational pain points into product feedback

What we're looking for

2+ years in operations, ideally P2P/crypto

Sharp judgment and conflict-resolution skills

Comfort with data and process

Excellent communication

Nice to have

Experience with P2P marketplaces
