About the Role BMO Stadium is hiring a full-time Overnight Safety Supervisor. This role reports to the Manager, Safety & Security and is responsible for executing all safety-related tasks, overseeing Overnight Officers and security command post operations at LAFC events.
What You'll Do
- Oversee BMO Stadium Overnight Officers and security command post operations, including coordinating breaks, stadium patrols, and daily post orders
- Manage daily pass-down sheets and communication between shift supervisors
- Maintain safety for all visitors and supervise safety operations during daily events (e.g., walkthrough metal detector relocation, hand wand inventory, WTMD batteries, post-event sweeps)
- Facilitate locker trailer bag requests and Lost and Found inventory; manage Safety Department equipment inventory (keys, detectors, hand wands, credentials, radios)
- Develop event-day packets and deployment sheets; assist in event-day execution
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- California guard card required; 1-2 years in a security-related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented and able to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overnights (10 PM–6:30 AM) and weekends/holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for at least 5 hours; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; able to withstand various weather conditions
- Experience with C-Cure or Avigilon is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $26.00 per hour, onsite at BMO Stadium
