Job Description Reporting to the In Room Dining Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of all beverage lists and menu items
- Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner
- Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow daily assigned employee shift side work.
- Double check all VIP orders with your manager on duty
- Immediately communicate all special guest needs to your Manager on duty.
- Paces all In Room Dining order distribution and deliveries to our standards
- Assist with amenity delivery.
- Assist coordinating removal of IRD equipment from guest rooms and public areas and sorting out all retrieved condiments and equipment and stored accordingly.
- Maintain departmental requisitioned supplies properly stored and organized.
- Other duties as assigned
