Job title: Overnight Housekeeper - The Fillmore Detroit
About the Role US Concerts is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Staff Member / Overnight Housekeeper to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This role is responsible for performing housekeeping and maintenance duties to ensure safety, sanitation and readiness for each show.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms; keep guest areas free of trash; restock restroom paper materials as needed; ensure the venue is ready for the next show.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Participate in the venue's sustainability program by implementing waste reduction/recycling initiatives and educating fans about efforts.
- Close the venue after shows with team members, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
- Perform mechanical skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
