The Opportunity: Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for an Overnight Guest Services Attendant (Part Time)
Basic Purpose: Creates an engaging and inviting arrival experience for all guests and patrons by welcoming them to the Hotel and safely parking their car in the Hotel garage. Assist with luggage and deliveries to guest rooms and provide a fond farewell for departing guests at the Hotel.
Essential function of the job:
- Greets all guests and delivers luggage to room upon check-in during overnight hours, picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the front drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pickups.
