Overnight Floor Supervisor
The Overnight Floor Supervisor oversees a team of floor technicians responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of all floor surfaces within the facility. This role ensures that all floor care procedures are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10 pm - 6:30 am
Pay: 19/hour The pay listed is the pay range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of floor tech staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
- Train new and existing employees on proper floor care techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Inspect floors regularly to ensure cleanliness and identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and burnishers.
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain inventory of floor care supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Respond to emergency clean-up situations and coordinate appropriate response.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on floor care activities, incidents, and maintenance needs.
