About the Role The Overnight Engineer at Waldorf Astoria Park City will join the Engineering Team to maintain hotel facilities, respond to requests, and perform repairs across multiple trades to keep the property safe, functional, and guest-ready. What You'll Do
- Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention What We're Looking For
- Passion for hospitality and delivering reliable, safe, and well-maintained facilities
- Experience or ability to troubleshoot across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
- Ability to respond to requests promptly and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong teamwork, ownership, and accountability; reliable with night/overnight schedules
- Basic safety and compliance mindset Nice to Have
- Previous hotel or hospitality maintenance experience
- Familiarity with hotel operations and facilities management systems Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25/hr, hourly
