Job title: Overnight Cleaner - Aragon Ballroom
About the Role The Overnight Cleaner at Aragon Ballroom is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of all interior and exterior spaces of the venue during events. This role includes cleaning spills, sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, and removing trash and recycling after shows, while coordinating with management as needed.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean and promptly clean up spills
- Clean guest areas and ensure they are free from debris and trash
- Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms
- Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed
- Collect recycling items and trash after the show to guarantee cleanliness of the venue
- Stock all necessary items and ensure proper disposal/storage of recyclables
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Physical Demands/Working Environment: Position requires constant walking and climbing stairs; must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Nice to Have
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
