About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Overall IT leader to lead the TW IT organization and act as a trusted advisor to business units. This role manages enterprise applications and IT infrastructure, aligning technology with business needs and driving technology-enabled outcomes. What You'll Do
- Enterprise Applications Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS). Collaborate with business units to understand needs and ensure applications support business processes. Manage upgrades, integrations, and performance; act as primary contact for application-related issues and enhancements.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services. Ensure high availability, performance, and security. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement.
- Business Partnering: Act as a strategic IT partner to business units; translate goals into IT solutions; facilitate cross-functional collaboration; provide regular updates on IT projects, performance, and value delivery.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies; conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans; ensure GDPR, ISO 27001 compliance; respond to security incidents.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor IT professionals; provide technical guidance; conduct performance evaluations; identify training needs.
- Strategic Planning & Innovation: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute IT strategies; identify process improvements and tech innovations; stay updated on emerging technologies to drive digital transformation. What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of IT management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role. Proven experience managing enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and business partnering in a complex environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and their integration; expertise in IT infrastructure including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization, and networking; experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards; familiarity with automation, AI, and DevOps.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities; strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business units and global IT stakeholders; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Nice to Have
- Master’s degree is a plus.
