Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager)

About the Role The Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) is responsible for driving sales and delivering account service to existing and prospective customers in the South Bend, IN area. The role focuses on meeting sales quotas, developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and improving profitability through value-based solutions and product expansions. What You'll Do

• You will promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone
• You will be responsible for improving gross profit and securing new business opportunities
• Help enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
• You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data What We're Looking For
• You have obtained a Bachelor's Degree or higher
• You should have at least 5-7 years of sales experience
• Prior sales success and defined sales process is critical for this role
• Industrial gas experience and welding experience is preferred, and Oil & Gas industry is a plus
• You should have at least a High School Diploma/GED Nice to Have
