About the Role Outside Sales Representative (Territory Manager) in Windom, MN, focusing on promoting sales, managing accounts, and developing new business within assigned and potential customers for Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. The role emphasizes achieving sales quotas, profitability, and long-term relationships through value propositions and collaboration with marketing initiatives. What You'll Do
- Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers
- Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships
- Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, both onsite and via phone
- Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities
- Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions
- Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches
- Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
- Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 5-7 years of sales experience
- Prior sales success and defined sales process are critical
- Industrial gas experience and welding experience preferred; Oil & Gas industry a plus
- At least a High School Diploma/GED Nice to Have
- Industrial gas experience and welding experience is preferred
- Oil & Gas industry experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
