Compensation & Career Growth
- Year 1 OTE: $100,000+
- Year 2 earning potential: $120,000–$150,000+ for top performers
- Uncapped commission opportunity

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of outside sales experience required
- Documented track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and close business
- Comfortable managing a territory and meeting customers face-to-face
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ambition to grow into leadership or management
