Outside Sales Representative – Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in paint, coatings, or related building materials
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a requirment
• Established relationships with local painting contractors and industry customers
• Demonstrated success growing existing accounts and developing new business
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based territory

Outside Sales Representative – Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience with a paint manufacturer, distributor, paint store, or coatings company
• Established local customer base or book of business
• Strong knowledge of the local paint/contractor market
