About the Role Join Renewal by Andersen as an Outside Sales Representative in Columbia, SC. This full-time field role leverages pre-set appointments, in-home consultations, and a proven sales methodology to drive window replacement projects, with paid training and leads provided.
What You'll Do
- Receive pre-set appointments from Marketing — no more cold calling
- Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify products that fit their needs
- Use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services
- You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale
- Commitment to customer service experience from start to end
- Earn an average annual income of over $150k with uncapped earning potential
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in-home or outside sales experience
- A proven track record of closing sales
- A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Self-motivation and results orientation
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of sales experience (Required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year
