About the Role Renewal by Anderson is seeking motivated sales professionals in Carmel, IN to join our growing home improvement sales force. As an in-home Design Consultant, you’ll visit pre-qualified appointments, present products, and help homeowners make same-day decisions with our value-driven process.
What You'll Do
- Travel from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within central Indiana (no cold calling or door knocking).
- Perform in-home product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during consultations.
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a valid driver’s license (required).
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments daily (required).
- Ability to lift and carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required).
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Compensation & Benefits
- Uncapped commission structure with current consultants earning $100,000-$250,000+ per year.
