About the Role Renewal by Anderson is seeking In-Home Sales Consultants to visit customers in their homes and consult on window and door solutions. You will use product training and our sales methodology to identify the best fit for each home, leveraging a robust marketing engine and pre-qualified appointments. Expect strong support and technology to help you close sales, with no cold calling.
What You'll Do
- Visit customers in their homes to consult on window and door solutions that best fit their home needs.
- Use product training and sales methodology to create a connection with customers and offer replacement services.
- Leverage our support and technology to assist you in closing sales.
- Work with appointments that are 100% generated for you; no cold calling.
- Benefit from an incredible marketing engine that brings in appointments through traditional and non-traditional marketing.
- Travel within a reasonable distance from Portland, with typical travel within 2 hours driving distance from Portland.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of two years sales experience, preferably B2C or in-home experience.
- Ability to persuasively and consistently ask for business.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to meet customers as their schedules allow.
- No overnights required; travel generally limited to no more than 2 hours driving distance from Portland.
- Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of residential building & construction.
- Self-motivation and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Technology savvy.
- College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Commission-based compensation after training with a realistic earning potential of $125,000 - $250,000 annually.
