Job title: Outreach Lead
About the Role The Outreach Lead is a client-facing role that ensures outreach responsibilities are clearly separated from product development, driving efficient collaboration with external partners and internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and build client trust.
What You'll Do
- Decide which business issues are outreach versus product development and coordinate with product teams
- Collaborate with product development to resolve business issues and change requests
- Answer non-standard business questions
- Host work sessions with third parties
- Follow up on mapping discrepancies between AFT and internal systems
- Manage individual party outreach per assignment
- Reach out to third parties for additional information or collaboration; escalate to the client when needed
- Own internal follow-up processes on topics and requirements addressed to SimCorp
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties as the primary point of contact during outreach
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and documentation, enhancing efficiency and customer experience
- Provide guidance to junior team members as a multiplicator
What We're Looking For
- Understanding of custodian and asset management players in the client’s home market, their specifics and legal environment
- Experience with post-trade processes up to fund accounting
- Understanding of order executions, settlements and reconciliations
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages and their contents
- Understanding of general interfacing challenges
- Understanding of general testing processes and requirements in a project
- Experience onboarding within Asset Management / Asset Servicing industry (SimCorp Dimension or equivalent)
- Expertise in data mapping topics
- Senior enough to handle persona-specific business communication with Custodians, Asset Managers and ManCos/Fund Administrators
- Ability to speak client’s language or at least understand the culture of the country
- Located in the same region as the client (e.g., EMEA for German clients)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to navigate environments with missing or incomplete information and manage discrepancies
- Primary requirement: APAC with flexibility in EMEA hours
- Hybrid working arrangement (2x a week in office)
