Outreach & Field Program Manager
Section: Overview Hiring: Outreach & Field Program Manager Location: Northern Nigeria Travel: Frequent travel to rural and hard-to-reach communities
Section: Responsibilities
- Identify communities and beneficiaries for support
- Conduct community needs assessments
- Coordinate product distribution and demonstrations
- Monitor usage, satisfaction and programme outcomes
- Maintain beneficiary, distribution and monitoring records
- Gather feedback, stories, photos and videos with consent
- Prepare field reports and recommendations
- Build relationships with community and local stakeholders
- Support partnerships and resolve beneficiary concerns
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s/HND in Community Development, Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Project Management, Environmental Studies, Renewable Energy or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in community outreach, field operations, programme implementation, M&E or humanitarian work
- Must reside in Northern Nigeria
- Experience working with rural/underserved communities
- Experience with interviews, surveys, beneficiary registration or field data collection
- Valid driver’s licence is an advantage
- Fluency in Hausa and good English
- Strong planning, communication and report-writing skills
