About the Role
Join an employed primary care team on California’s Central Coast focused on outpatient, full-spectrum primary care with light pediatric inpatient call. This Family Medicine opportunity supports adults with chronic disease and is backed by a hospitalist service for inpatient needs. You’ll be supported by Cerner EMR, dedicated exam rooms, MA support, and Spanish translation; clinic schedules emphasize work-life balance on King City & Greenfield campuses near Monterey and San Luis Obispo.
What You'll Do

Provide outpatient, primary care for adults with chronic disease management

Work in a team with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, NPs, Pediatricians, and OB/GYN support

Clinic options: 4x10s or 5x8s; clinic hours Monday–Saturday (not required to work Saturdays)

No routine hospital call; hospitalist supports inpatient management

EMR: Cerner; MA support; Spanish translation available

What We're Looking For

Board Certified in Internal Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to sit for boards

Comfortable delivering outpatient primary care

No visa sponsorship available; Spanish helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary starting at $350,000 with potential to reach $400,000 including moonlighting

$10,000 relocation assistance (reimbursed with documented expenses)

25 days PTO plus $3,000 CME allowance
