Job Title: Outlet Supervisor

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Summary

• The Outlet Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring efficient service delivery, sales performance, inventory accuracy, staff productivity, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the outlet.

• Coordinate and monitor staff activities, attendance, grooming, and productivity.

• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve operational or customer issues.

• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.

• Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and timely reporting of variances.

• Monitor product availability, display, quality, and proper storage.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

• Prepare and submit daily/periodic outlet performance reports.

• Monitor outlet sales targets and identify opportunities to improve revenue.

• Train, coach, and support outlet staff to improve performance.

• Manage opening and closing procedures and ensure proper security of outlet assets.

• Liaise with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments on outlet-related matters.

• Implement management directives and follow up on corrective actions.

• Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

• 4–5 years' experience in outlet supervision, retail, hospitality, FMCG, food service, or a similar environment.

• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Good understanding of sales, inventory, cash management, and customer service.

• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Good numerical and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant POS/inventory systems.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

• Experience managing a food, restaurant, retail, or FMCG outlet will be an added advantage.
