About the Role Join our Austin-based call center as an Outbound Specialist responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, building rapport, and setting quality appointments. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer interactions using our proven methodology, with a goal of meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets. You’ll maintain accurate data entry and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly voice reaching out to prospective customers.
- Create excitement, build rapport, and set quality appointments.
- Handle outbound calls with our proven methodology.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly goals.
- Accurate data entry with call notes and customer information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and openness to constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Confidence and an outgoing personality, especially over the phone.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually (USD)
