About the Role Manage OTC (Order to Cash) interfaces with internal & external customers to ensure efficient order management and cash flow. The role emphasizes SAP-based order processing, proactive customer communication on product availability, order status, and delivery tracking, and close collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance. What You'll Do
- Manage OTC interfaces and execute Sales and Delivery Order Management tasks in SAP.
- Maintain master data for effective order management (incoterms, RETA (ETA), Text IDs & Shipping instructions, LC terms, Partner roles, Plant code, Arrival Port, etc.).
- Communicate with customers on order status, delivery tracking, product availability; resolve service/product quality issues via Non-conformance Management (NCM) and ensure on-time closure.
- Support credit management, billing and accounts receivable clearance.
- Provide order status reports and track customer orders; generate and circulate transactional reports and ensure timely documentation.
- Contribute to customer care improvements within CI, fostering a culture of customer focus.
- Plan demand with Local Sales and RBU for monthly replenishment based on forecasts.
- Handle import clearance processes and resolve customs queries.
- Track aging & slow-moving stock; drive liquidation in coordination with sales.
- Manage incident cases such as leakage, pilferage, or damage; ensure timely reporting and resolution.
- Leverage Digital Transformation & AI-driven tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, RPA, e-commerce portals, CRM) and participate in SAP S/4HANA upgrades; support change management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve efficiency and cost reduction.
- Timely collection and submission of notarised agreements (high seal sale & bond sale) and BoE copies. What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any stream; MBA / PGDM in SCM Operations preferred.
- More than 5-7 years’ experience in customer service / supply chain planning. Certification in Supply Chain (APICS etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication & analytical skills.
- Good understanding of products, services & processes of relevant business segments.
- Ability to collaborate within and outside the team to support customers & business.
- Demonstrates Customer Focus; Collaborates for Achievement; Communicates Effectively. Nice to Have
- MBA / PGDM in SCM Operations preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or process automation upgrades.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, RPA bots, e-commerce portals, CRM tools.
