Job title: OTC Credit Manager Global Accounts
About the Role CEVA Logistics is seeking an OTC Credit Manager Global Accounts to own end-to-end order-to-cash excellence, driving cross-functional collaboration with Global Accounts, Business Development, Operations, Product Lead, FICOM, GBS, Credit insurer and other finance departments to ensure timely cash and high customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with Business Development, Operations and the Global Accounts.
- Ensure compliance to all OTC policies and business rules, from initial risk assessment to receivables and cash allocation for all involved OTC teams.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions that balance customer needs with risk controls during onboarding.
- Conduct data analysis (DSO, overdue, disputes, payment behaviours) to support decision-making, monitor trends, and drive initiatives to reduce aging and write-offs.
- Ensure that Business Development and Operations capture in SOPs all information required for order entry, pricing, delivery, billing and applied daily.
- Ensure accurate network to resolve unapplied and unidentified cash promptly.
- Escalate at top management level when: customer shows financial deterioration, a demand letter is issued, expected payments are missed, or customer cooperation declines.
- Maintain KPI tracking: work with Operations to improve order cycle time and billing accuracy; monitor DSO and disputes and ensure process adherence.
- Collaborate with worldwide OTC teams to align on finance objectives and ensure timely cash receipt.
- Biweekly / Monthly global accounts monitoring: prepare and drive reports, dashboards, and calls.
- Identify automation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Economics or Finance.
- 5–10 years of experience in an international company in commercial, risk assessment, control or related functions with strong knowledge of the business; international environment preferred.
- Team player with the ability to partner with agencies.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of OTC analytics and operations.
- Demonstrated capability to work with in-house and external legal counsels.
- IT literacy, analytics skills and English fluency.
- Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint presentation capability desirable.
- Autonomous, proactive, able to make decisions under pressure; good leadership and communication skills; detail-oriented with a focus on productivity and quality.
