Job title: OT Security Architect
About the Role Join Semco Maritime as an OT Security Architect in the Renewables division. You will lead OT Security architecture for large EPC substation projects and help shape a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture that delivers secure OT solutions for the global energy sector.
What You'll Do
- Take the architectural lead and support all OT Security areas across EPC substation projects.
- Contribute to implementation of industry-accepted cyber/OT security architecture at solution level, based on IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and NIS.
- Help define products and standards relevant to OT Security and infrastructure.
- Review requirements/ITT packages and provide input to tenders including calculations, solutions, descriptions, clarifications, and reservations.
- Advise or actively participate in infrastructure, identity access management, or logging/event-based activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute FAT, SAT, and SIT activities to ensure successful system delivery and integration.
- Implement customer-specific cyber/OT security requirements in substation design for multiple systems (SCADA, low-voltage, HVAC, A/C Monitoring).
- Take ownership of project deliverables and coordinate OT Security deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant OT Security experience from a similar position.
- Tech Lead mentality; able to lead heavily structured large projects with many stakeholders.
- Ability to know when additional technical specialists or resources are needed.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Experience in complex engineering projects, as well as project and stakeholder management, is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Travel: 10–30 days per year.
- Location: Office-based in Esbjerg or Copenhagen, Denmark. Full-time.
