Osteopath — Resident Rehabilitation Lead — Abu Dhabi

Private Medical Jobs with Private Families in the Gulf
Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE Posted Oct 8, 2026
Full-time

About this role

A private family in Abu Dhabi has opened a permanent osteopath post. The family needs an osteopath who can be left in charge of osteopathic care, as the daily rhythm of the household demands. From Abu Dhabi to the Alps, the family's travel is yours too, and treatment follows, often with your own judgement. We verify each osteopath's registration, references and training before any introduction, and the family decides everything after that. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, so expectations around a resident rehabilitation lead role are clear from the start.

Requirements

  • The post requires a registered osteopath with UK or European credentials, confirmed by the issuing body. We look for 5 years of post-registration practice at minimum, some of it in treatment. We consider osteopaths trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, with no exceptions. Fluent English is essential; so is absolute confidentiality, enforced by NDA under every circumstance an osteopath meets. Verification comes first: licence, qualification and referees are all confirmed by us, so the family meets only an osteopath we have vetted.

Benefits

  • The gross range for this osteopath post is £88,500 – £103,500, in line with the seniority expected. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, with nothing to arrange on your own. Paid annual leave is built into the contract, with cover planned around your sole charge duties. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, which protects your autonomy as an osteopath. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
