Requirements

• A current UK or European registration as an osteopath is the starting point. 3 years or more of qualified clinical experience are expected, some of it in osteopathic care. We consider osteopaths trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, because an osteopath in sole charge needs a system the family trusts. You need confident, professional English, alongside a binding NDA from day one, quietly and without fuss. We introduce only those osteopaths whose credentials we have checked ourselves, and the family decides everything after that.

Benefits

• Your gross compensation sits at £79,500 – £94,500, reviewed with the family as the appointment matures. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, so you can focus on treatment. Rest is protected: leave and flights home are part of the offer, with cover planned around your autonomous decision-making duties. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, and the terms for osteopathic care are agreed openly. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
